  • A Distillery and a Winery at a Farm

    We pick you up at noon and start the Tour at Distillery created in a once Monastery. Eat at a casual restaurant space, with an outdoor patio overlooking the Hudson River. Try the Bourbon, Rye or Vodka, produced here, or savor a delicious drink with your Brunch, while enjoying the view of the Hudson River. After lunch take a tour of this Historic site.

    The second stop is Red Maple Winery, where you will find a gorgeous Vineyard and gardens, and wine prepared with grapes grown right here. Light fare , pizza’s, and other snacks are available.

    After wine tasting, walk on a portion of the Rail trail at the base of the Shawangunks. Stroll on Main Stree.t, New Paltz before meeting up for a Relaxed Southern-style Creole Dinner at Parish .

  • A Perfect Bachelorette Celebration with Wine, food and Music

    Pick up at at 1pm at your lodging or train.

    Visit two wineries, Benmaryl and Magnanini to taste a flight at each,

    Enjoy a catered picnic provided by a Hudson Valley Chef! the grounds are a beautiful spot to enjoy your lunch.

    Head to a gorgeous sunflower or flower field to take photos or have them taken by our pro photographer. This is a really lovely way to spend a little time.

    Go to the Falcon, a dinner club for music and dinner! Or the Laugh It Up in Poughkeepsie for a fun show.

  • Three Boutique Wineries

    12pm pick up

    You get to visit three Hudson Valley Vineyards. First, Nostrano Vineyard,. Enjoy a glass or a flight of locally made wine. At the first stop, a catered picnic is provided, to enjoy while you taste the wines and enjoy the view of the Hudson Valley Scenery. if it is late summer or autumn you might pick some apples too.

    The second winery is Robibero Family Vineyard. Such a fun, lively place for tasting and enjoying live music.Plus the wines are really delicious.

    At the last stop, enjoy dinner and wine at the Magnanini Winery and restaurant. Enjoy the creative menu, where there is really something for everyone. Folks love the food, the wine and the Beers.

  • Walkway Over Hudson + Wine Tasting + Mohonk Mountain House for Hiking and Dinner.

    With a guide, you will walk over the mighty Hudson River, on a fantastic bridge,( Walkway over the Hudson) high over the Hudson River . ( if you are not able to walk there is a special coach to take you in a leisurely way, across the expanse stopping to savor the view and take photographs from an eagles eye view. Bring your cameras.

    After the walk , we stop at a local winery for a catered lunch and tastings.. and visit a local distillery before dinner plans.

    We cap off this tour with an early evening at Mohonk Mountain House. As the days are long in the summer, walk the trail to take in a gorgeous view, or take row a boat on the crystal clear lake.

    Finally, Dinner at the lodge is exceptional. After dinner you may relax on the porch rocking chairs and take in the sunset or stars, before your trip home.

  • Hike the Shawangunks at Minnewaska. and enjoy a fabulous brewery when your hike is completed.

    The Trails at Minnewaska offer the most stunning vistas of the Rock Cliffs, the Lake and Mountain range of the Catskills. This is a hike for any level, . We will stop for a picnic bagged lunch down by the lake. Food and Beverage are provided. Bring your cameras. Our guide is a seasoned photographer. Photo instruction is free!

    After Minnewaska, we may cross the road and walk down the trail to the Awosting falls. On a summer day it is cool and lovely.

    The next stop is a Arrowwood farm Brewery, where you can try a fleet of local brews, plus fun food will be available while enjoying local musicians. Fire Pits, Dog and Kid friendly, this is a fun stop.

  • From a Quarry Sculpture to The Woodstock Music Scene

    You are picked up at 11:30 am, with your first stop at Opus 40, on the way to Woodstock NY. Here you enjoy a chef catered picnic on the grounds while taking in the marvel that is Opus 40, designed and built by Henry Fite. It is a one of the world’s great sites.

    After a picnic, We head to Woodstock, where you are guided through the famous Woodstock Rock and Roll scene. this is a 2 hour tour, including Levon Helms Studio, passing by “Big Pink”, Bearsville Theatre and The Colony..

    Early dinner at the Cantina, and from there the night is complete with a concert at the famous Bearsville Theatre, or The Colony. Ask for a calendar of shows at the Bearsville or Levon Helm studio, or Colony, so we can plan the Tour accordingly.. Please plan ahead. Tickets sell out fast.

  • New! A Spa at Buttermilk Farms and Wine at RMVList Item

    The day starts at Buttermilk Inn and Spa, located on landscaped grounds, abundant with gardens, streams, waterfall and woods. The Spa also has an indoor pool to top off the treatment you choose.This is followed by lunch at the beloved Henry’s.

    After lunch we travel to Red Maple Vineyard. RMV is known for hosting weddings, for wonderful wine , made here on the premises with the grapes grown at the Vineyard . There is also Beer made at the RMV brewery.

    Finally end your tour , or follow up with an evening of great entertainment at The Falcon for music, or Laugh It Up for great comedy.

    We are offering transportation to NY’s premier TAP Beer Fest, This year held in Durham, NY. to and from Poughkeepsie Train station, Trailways Bus station Kingston. Reservations are required. $60 per person each way.

  • Wine Beer and Cider Tasting Capped off with Nighttime Entertainment.

    Pick up at 1pm. First, we visit a small family run Brewery in Tivoli NY.

    After tasting a fleet of the brews available, we head to a local Distillery, Cooper's Daughter Spirits This is a woman-owned and family-operated distillery sourcing Hudson Valley
    ingredients to make farm-to-glass bourbon, whiskey, vodka, liqueurs, and cocktails.

    There is a fun Cocktail Barn for tasting.

    Dinner at Santa Fe in Tivoli, for a modern twist on TexMex. They have fabuous drinks and beers included Frozen Margaritas.

    The last stop for the evening (From Mid-June to Mid-August) is a visit to the Spiegeltent at Bard College for a show to be followed by ( if you still have the energy) an after-hours party, dancing, drinks and fun fare.

  • Historic Garden and Views, Alfresco lunch, Sake Distillery and Cidery at a Lovely farm.

    Pick up is at noon. We start at the Vanderbilt estate, weather permitting for an alfresco lunch, catered by a Hudson Valley well know chef. If the weather is forbidding, we will enjoy a lunch and tour of the Culinary Institute of America.

    After walking the grounds at the CIA, we go across the road to the Sake Distillery, the only one of its kind in the US.Tour the facility then sit and try the Sake.

    We continue north to a stunning farm in Red Hook NY, for hard Cider and brews made there, in a beautiful, luxurious tap room. In the Autumn you can pick apples and savor fresh or hard cider, Beer and Wine produced here.And the tap room is a wonderful place to relax for a while.

    Last back to Tivoli, for the best Sushi dinner in the region. Hot dishes are also available.

  • Two Wineries, A Picnic Lunch, A Chefs Table dinner with wine pairings.

    Start with a visit to a brewery then a catered lunch at Greig farm. Visit the Goats ,walk some trails , then on to a stunning winery with a wine tasting here in Clinton Corners with some light small bites, here in Millbrook at the Millbrook Vineyard.

    Dinner to follow at Petite Bistro, a Modern take on French fare and a favorite with locals and travelers alike.The Oysters are devine!

    If you desire some more fun, walk down the street to a dive bar, with pool table and games.

  • A perfect Bachelor or Bachlorette party, Kayaking and Brews

    We begin this tour at 11am. we go to Saugerties for Kayaking calm Inlet, for beginners or advanced.

    Experience the Saugerties calm waters with an instructor, while enjoying, a sanctuary for Flora and fauna, birds and fish. An experienced Kayaker will lead you.

    ( beginners welcome)

    After you have had a good workout we travel to Tivoli, NY, where you eat a fantastic late lunch at the Restaurant Giobatta Alimentari, in Tivoli. The Chef and creator is Grandson of Buitoni, Fracesco is a world class chef. This is as authentic Italian fare as you can get in the Hudson Valley, all made with local and imported Italian ingredients.

    After lunch we head to a farm where Cider, Beer and Wine is available to taste at the Gorgeous, comfortable,tap room. Sit outside taking in the sunset in the Adirondack Chairs, and listen to music in the barn. Watch the sunset before you head home.

  • Cheese Making, Wine tasting, Dinner

    We start at a picturesque farm where fabulous cheeses are made by hand from the cream produced by local Cows and Sheep. Taste and purchase a few cheeses to bring to the winery where you have delicious wines to taste. We will provide bread, crackers, Crudite and Charcuterie to go along with the cheese and wine.Depending on the weather this picnic will take place outdoors among the vineyard or inside the gorgeous barn.

    We then travel to a Distillery, famous around the world. Taste the Spirits, Buy a bottle or two, tour the facility.

    Dinner will be waiting in Pine Plains at the Stissing House. The finest, best dining in the Hudson Valley at a Historic Stage Coach hotel. Savor the wine, the farm to table dinner, ending with an Apertif and a lovely desert, if you desire.

    From your pick up point we take you to Mirabeau for a lovely , fun, Spa day and lunch. Afterwards we head to Rose Hill to pick apples, visit the gorgeous farm, tour the Cider making, and Brewery and Savor Beers and Ciders and Wine at the beautiful tap room. Pop up food trucks provide the snacks. Dinner at the Corner, at “The Hotel” in Tivoli, with drinks by a fantastic, awarded Mixologist.

  • Tour Distilleries and Winery

    We start at Hillrock, a distillery visited by folks from all over the world, famous for their spirits.

    We then travel to Chatham for a fabulous Wine tasting.

    From there we travel to Chaseholm farm where they make cheese from the sheep, goats and cows. Tour the production, then sample some cheese. We bring a picnic of Charcuterie and fruits to go along with the cheese., as well as wine we purchased for you at Chatham Winery . Other beverages (non- Alcoholic) are provided by us as well.

    The Chatham Brewery is a fun stop, brew tasting and pop up food trucks complete the day before we head to

    The Mac-Haydn Theatre for a evening of theatre, from Rock Opera’s to Musicals, to Drama.

  • Tour Olana, visit Tousey Winery, or Suarez Brewery followed by dinner at The Corner

    Olana is a remarkable home built by the Hudson River Valley School of Art Founder, Frederick Church. The grounds overlook the most incredible view of the Hudson River Valley and The Rip Van Winkle Bridge plus the Catskill Mountains. A dedicated Docent will take you on a tour of the home, and tell you the many stories of famous guests like Mark Twain.

    Next we stop at Tousey Winery, Suarez Brewery, a family run tap room where you may try one of the several brews that are rated highly by aficiondos.

    Last, Dinner at The Corner, in Tivoli.

    Enjoy a walk down Warren street in Historic Hudson, taking in the Art and the Antiques. Enjoy a glass or fleet at a Wine Bar,

    After viewing original art, we will stop at The Maker Lounge, for before dinner drinks

    Dinner will follow at WmFarmer or The Maker, both acclaimed for their inn keeping as well as farm to table dinners.
